Zolo Pad is owned by Vivid Productions, LLC and is provided for creating, opening, editing, and saving local notebook files. You are responsible for your own content, backups, and file storage choices.
Ownership of Content
You retain ownership of the notebook content and files you create with Zolo Pad. We do not claim rights to your notes.
No Warranty
Zolo Pad is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of Zolo Pad.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Zolo Pad after changes means you accept the updated terms.
